Huawei Pura 90 Pro Max Leak Reveals Powerful Battery and Flagship Camera Setup Ahead of Launch

Huawei is gearing up for the official launch of its Pura 90 series on April 20, and ahead of the announcement, detailed specifications of the entire lineup have surfaced online. The series is expected to include three models: Huawei Pura 90, Pura 90 Pro, and the top end Pura 90 Pro Max, each bringing slight upgrades in design and performance.

The spotlight, however, is clearly on the Pro Max variant, which is shaping up to be the most powerful device in the series. According to leaks, it features a 6.87 inch flat display and a 6000mAh battery. The phone is also said to measure 8.5mm in thickness and weigh around 232 grams, giving it a solid but premium feel in hand.

In comparison, the Huawei Pura 90 Pro is expected to feature a 6.59 inch flat 1.5K display paired with a 6000mAh battery. It is reported to have an 8.3mm slim body and weigh about 219 grams, balancing performance with a more compact design approach.

The standard Pura 90 model is likely to offer a larger 6.84 inch 1.5K flat display and a bigger 6500mAh battery. It is expected to be the slimmest among the three at 6.9mm thickness, with a lighter weight of around 203 grams, making it the most battery focused device in the lineup.

Camera capabilities remain a major highlight across the series. Tipster Digital Chat Station suggests that the Pro models may feature a triple 50 megapixel setup including a primary sensor, an ultra wide lens, and a periscope telephoto camera. The Pro Max variant could take things further with a massive 200 megapixel periscope camera, positioning it as a photography centric flagship.

All models in the Pura 90 series are expected to come with IP68 water and dust resistance, along with fast charging support to complement their large battery sizes. The overall focus appears to be on delivering long lasting performance combined with high end imaging hardware.

With the launch just around the corner, Huawei’s Pura 90 lineup is already generating strong attention. The combination of large batteries, flat display design, and upgraded camera systems suggests the company is aiming to strengthen its position in the premium smartphone segment once again.
