boAt Launches Sailor Nav Smartwatch and Sailor Play Headphones for Kids With Safety Focus
boAt has expanded its kids technology lineup with a connected smartwatch and wireless headphones offering location tracking secure communication hearing protection and long battery life for everyday family use.

boAt has introduced a new range of smart devices designed especially for children, marking its entry into the dedicated kids lifestyle technology segment. The latest lineup includes the Sailor Nav connected smartwatch and the Sailor Play wireless headphones, both created to help parents stay connected with their children while offering a safer and more convenient digital experience.
As children increasingly use digital devices for learning, communication and entertainment, boAt says the new products are built to meet the changing needs of modern families. The company has focused on combining safety features with everyday usability, allowing parents to monitor their children while giving youngsters greater independence.
The highlight of the new lineup is the boAt Sailor Nav smartwatch, which is priced at Rs 6499. It is available in Fairy Pink and Sky Blue color options. The smartwatch comes with a 1.4 inch HD display and supports two way voice and video calling through a built in 4G SIM. It also includes audio messaging, enabling children to quickly exchange voice messages with other Sailor Nav users.
One of the biggest attractions of the Sailor Nav is its real time location tracking powered by Google Maps. Parents can check their child’s live location whenever required, making it easier to monitor daily travel and outdoor activities. The smartwatch also features advanced five point satellite positioning along with geo fencing, allowing families to define safe zones around frequently visited places. If a child moves beyond these designated areas, parents can receive timely alerts.
To improve child safety, the smartwatch is equipped with a dedicated SOS feature that enables children to contact trusted family members quickly during emergencies. Several additional utility functions are also included to make communication easier without requiring children to carry a smartphone.
Alongside the smartwatch, boAt has also launched the Sailor Play wireless headphones at a price of Rs 1499. The headphones are offered in Bubblegum Pink, Shark Blue and Coral Blue color variants. Both products are available through the company’s official website and major ecommerce platforms.
The Sailor Play headphones feature specially tuned 40 mm dynamic drivers that deliver the company’s signature audio performance while keeping young listeners in mind. To protect children’s hearing, the headphones include an 85 dB volume limit, ensuring audio remains within safe listening levels without compromising clarity for music, educational content or videos.
Comfort has also received significant attention in the design. The headphones include soft cushioned ear cups and an adjustable headband that can be easily resized as children grow. This makes them suitable for extended listening sessions during online classes, travel or entertainment.
Battery performance is another major strength of the Sailor Play. The headphones can deliver up to 60 hours of playback on a single charge, reducing the need for frequent charging. Built in controls and an integrated microphone allow children to play or pause music, adjust volume, switch tracks and answer calls directly from the headphones without reaching for another device.
With the introduction of the Sailor Nav smartwatch and Sailor Play headphones, boAt is targeting families looking for child friendly technology that balances entertainment with practical safety features. The company aims to provide connected devices that offer parents greater peace of mind while giving children secure and easy to use digital companions.
