Ai+ NovaTab Launches in India With 8000mAh Battery and 13MP Camera

Ai+ has entered another segment of the Indian device market with the launch of the NovaTab tablet. The new model combines a large display with an 8000mAh battery, 5G connectivity and a 13MP rear camera, while offering two memory configurations for buyers.

The Ai+ NovaTab is priced at Rs 17999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage version. The higher model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage costs Rs 20999.

The tablet will be sold through the Ai+ official website and Flipkart. Sales are scheduled to begin from October 7, giving customers access to both online purchase options.

Ai+ is offering the NovaTab in two colour choices, Dark Blue and Cinnamon Brown. The design is aimed at users looking for a larger screen device that can handle entertainment, browsing, online learning and other everyday tasks.

The display measures 11.97 inches and supports a 90Hz refresh rate. The larger panel gives users more screen space for watching videos, reading documents, browsing websites and using applications compared with a conventional smartphone.

Under the hood, the NovaTab uses the Unisoc T760 octa core chipset. Graphics processing is handled by the Arm Mali G57 MC4 GPU. The tablet is available with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM, while both variants come with 128GB of internal storage.

The software experience is based on Android 16. The newer Android platform provides the foundation for the tablets applications and everyday interface, although the overall experience will also depend on Ai plus software optimisation.

Battery capacity is one of the main highlights of the NovaTab. It comes with an 8000mAh battery, which is designed to support longer periods of use between charges.

A large battery can be particularly useful on a tablet because users often rely on such devices for video streaming, online classes, browsing, reading and other activities that can keep the screen active for extended periods. Actual battery life will vary according to usage and settings.

The NovaTab also includes a 13MP AI assisted primary camera on the rear with HDR support. While tablets are not usually purchased primarily for photography, the rear camera can be useful for scanning documents, taking quick photographs and handling everyday imaging requirements.

The Ai+ NovaTab will begin selling in India on October 7 through the company website and Flipkart. Buyers can choose between the Dark Blue and Cinnamon Brown finishes and select the memory configuration that suits their requirements.
