AI+ Launches Nova 2 Neo 5G and Nova 2 Pro 5G With 6000mAh Battery and 48MP Camera Starting at Rs 12,999

AI+ has expanded its smartphone portfolio in India with the launch of the new Nova 2 series, introducing the AI+ Nova 2 Neo 5G and AI+ Nova 2 Pro 5G. The company is targeting two different segments of users through these devices. While the Nova 2 Neo 5G focuses on affordability and everyday performance, the Nova 2 Pro 5G is designed for users looking for a larger display, enhanced features and a more premium smartphone experience.

One of the biggest highlights of both smartphones is the massive 6000mAh battery, which promises extended usage without frequent charging. The devices also come with Android 16 based NxtQuantum OS, bringing features such as the NxtPrivacy Dashboard and a dedicated AI Key aimed at improving user convenience and privacy controls.

The premium offering in the lineup, the AI+ Nova 2 Pro 5G, features a large 6.9 inch Full HD Plus display with a smooth 144Hz refresh rate and brightness levels reaching up to 800 nits. Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 chipset paired with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM. Users get 128GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 2TB through a microSD card.

Photography enthusiasts will find a versatile camera setup on the Nova 2 Pro 5G. The smartphone includes a 48MP Sony IMX582 primary sensor, an 8MP ultra wide camera and a 13MP front facing camera for selfies and video calls. It also supports 2K video recording. The device also includes practical features such as a side mounted fingerprint scanner, FM radio support, a 3.5mm headphone jack and an IP65 rating for dust and splash resistance. An 18W fast charging system supports the large battery, ensuring users can get back to using the device quickly.

The Nova 2 Pro 5G takes charging speeds a step further with support for 33W fast charging. Additional features include stereo speakers, Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity, a USB Type C port and the same IP65 durability rating found on the Neo variant.

In terms of pricing, the AI+ Nova 2 Neo 5G starts at Rs 12,999 for the 4GB RAM and 128GB storage model, while the 6GB RAM version is priced at Rs 13,999. The AI+ Nova 2 Pro 5G is available at Rs 15,999 for the 6GB RAM model and Rs 17,999 for the 8GB RAM variant. AI+ is also offering an instant discount of Rs 1,000 on eligible credit and debit card transactions from major banks.

Both smartphones will go on sale from June 26 at 12 PM through Flipkart, giving consumers two new options in the competitive mid range 5G smartphone market.
