New Rule Dakshina Kannada: ADGP Alok Kumar has issued an order that men cannot sit on the back of a bike for one week in Mangaluru city. New Rule in Dakshina kannada: No double riding in bike. ADGP Alok Kumar said that in view of the recent situation in Mangaluru.

This decision has been taken in the background of the fact that riders sitting on the back of the bike have participated in more crimes.  Still in this rule, children below 18 years of age and senior citizens are excluded from women in the order. At the same time, Alok Kumar said that the accused will be arrested soon in connection with the murder that took place in Bellare.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has announced a red warning till August 5 in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts in view of heavy rainfall forecast in the region. A red warning has also been issued for Kodagu on August 4, and in Chikkamagaluru and Shivamogga district on August 5. Karnataka Heavy Rainfall: announced school holiday in this place.

Due to continuous rains in Dakshina Kannada district, people’s life has been disrupted and a holiday has been declared for schools in Sulya taluk today. In view of the possibility of continued rain in Dakshina Kannada district today as a precautionary measure, District Collector Dr. Rajendra has issued an order.

District Collector Dr. Rajendra has instructed the Kadaba tahsildar and Field Education Officers to review the situation in Kadaba Taluk and grant leave to schools. The IMD has issued weather warnings for almost all districts over the next few days.
