The police have arrested Abin, who hails from Kerala, and are interrogating him. Twenty-three-year-old Abin is an MBA student. It is known that a 17-year-old girl from Kerala was targeted. She sustained serious injuries and two other girls who were with her were also injured.

On March 4, a shocking incident took place in Kadaba where a youth from Mallapur attacked PUC students with acid. The deceased have been identified as students of government College, Kadaba. According to the police, on the morning of March 4, the students were preparing for their exams.

The accused came to the college premises wearing masks and attacked the students with acid and fled from the spot. According to preliminary reports, the accused hails from Mallapuram in Kerala. The victims were shifted to Mangalore after primary treatment at Kadaba government hospital. All the students were seriously injured. Kadaba police is investigating the case.
