Coastal Karnataka: Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, and Uttara Kannada.

South Interior Karnataka: Chikkamagaluru and Shivamogga.

Orange Alert (Very Heavy Rainfall): An orange alert, suggesting very heavy rainfall, has been issued for:

Coastal Karnataka: Dakshina Kannada and Udupi on August 20.
