The RCB franchise will announce the name of the new captain on Saturday 12 March. The RCB announced this on its Twitter account two days ago. The RCB team said it would announce a new leader on 12 March 2022 at 4pm. Surprisingly, RCB shared a video of Virat Kohli talking on his Twitter account.

In video Virat Kohli said “Some updates will be made public in the near future. Looking forward to another interesting IPL. Most important of all… then Stop video in half, he kept fans to thinking. The video has intrigued and becoming viral in social media. Fans are wondering what Kohli went to say and stopped at middle.

All this confusion is set to open on March 12th. Tomorrow RCB will announce the new leader. The franchise will celebrate its 14 years at Museum Cross Road in Church Street, Bengaluru. It is understood that the new jersey will be released in addition to the new leader. Already all the teams have revealed their captain for the 2022 IPL.

A total of 8 franchises have selected Indians as the leader. But RCB alone has not yet announced the final name for the vacant position from Kohli. But all this will be answered on March 12, the franchisee said. According to sources, former South African leader Faf du Plessis has been named as the leader.
