The future of Karnataka State is in the hands of Ashwath Narayan. He said that if the state gets the leadership of C N Ashwath Narayana, it will be blessed. While speaking MLC Arun Shahapur at the Guest Lecturer Educational Conference held in Dharwad. Aswath Narayana is already worked as DCM of the state, just one more step to go, he said.

Dr C. N. Ashwathnarayan, is a prominent leader from the Vokkaliga Community of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He entered mainstream politics in 2004 by joining the BJP and contested from Malleshwaram (Vidhan Sabha constituency).

He was also the Vice President of the BJP, Bangalore District. In the previous government led by BSY, he was the Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka and the Minister of Higher Education, Information Technology & Biotechnology and Science & Technology, Skill Development, Entrepreneurship, and Livelihood.

He was also the Chairman of the State’s Covid-19 task force and the District In-charge minister for Ramanagara. Dr. C. N. Ashwathnarayan entered mainstream politics in 2004 by joining the BJP and contested from Malleshwaram (Vidhan Sabha constituency) and lost the election against a sitting MLA M.R. Seetharam.

In the year 2008, he again contested from the same constituency. He won the election to the state legislature with a huge margin against two times MLA, M.R. Seetharam. He was elevated to the level of Vice President of BJP, Bangalore District. The BJP candidate from Bangalore North constituency won by a large margin in the April 2009 general elections, and BJP candidates won in 6 of 7 wards in 2010 Municipal corporation elections.
