Usually there is a bank holiday in the country whenever there is any festival. Similarly, banks are closed on Ganesh Chaturthi day in the country. This ten-day festival is celebrated from September 19 to September 28. The holiday is different in different states.

Next Week 5 days Bank Holiday including Ganesh Chaturthi:

September 18, 19 and 20: In some cities, banks are closed on these dates. Banks will be closed for three days in various states. On September 18, there will be a holiday in Chennai, Hyderabad and Telangana due to Varasiddhi Vinayaka Vrata / Vinayaka Chaturthi.

September 19: Banks are closed in cities like Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Belapur, Bhubaneswar, Mumbai, Nagpur and Panaji due to Ganesh Chaturthi/Samvatsari (Chaturthi Party).

September 20: The second day of Ganesh Chaturthi is a bank holiday in Bhubaneswar and Panaji.

September 23: Fourth Saturday

September 24: Sunday.
