Air India flight returns from Australia after crew member tests covid-positive

Australian authorities refused clearance to an Air India flight to fly back home with passengers on Monday after one of the crew members who was on the flight to Sydney tested Covid positive on arrival.

Since the flight had a significant cargo load, the airline decided to fly it to Delhi without passengers and the cabin crew member who tested positive is in isolation in Sydney, say people in the know.
