Breakfast tables often rotate between familiar options like potato parathas, cabbage stuffing or onion-filled versions. Bottle gourd also known as lauki is slowly becoming a surprising favorite in this space because of its cooling nature and rich nutritional value.
In many homes, lauki is usually avoided by children when served as a vegetable. But when turned into a stuffed paratha with the right method, it changes completely in taste and texture.
