Madikeri: Virajpet Assembly Constituency Electoral Officer Shabana M. Sheikh said to submit election complaint through C-Vigil App. In relation to Assembly General Election-2023, C-Vigil Citizen Vigilance App can provide information about public, political parties, electoral irregularities within the jurisdiction of the Assembly Constituency or political advertisement publishing/broadcasting permission/complaint about violation of Election Model Code of Conduct through C-Vigil App. Assembly Constituency Election Officer Shabana M. The Electoral Officer of Virajpet Assembly Constituency has informed that any complaint related to election, cases of violation of Model Code of Conduct can be given. 24*7 control room in the office of the Election Officer for action regarding any information or complaint related to Vidhana Sabha General Election-2023 209-Virajpet Assembly Constituency (Telephone No. 08274) -256328) has been opened and information can be given on any election-related complaints, model code of conduct violation cases, said the Election Officer of 209-Virajpet assembly constituency.

Attention vehicle owners

Madikeri: In view of the implementation of the Legislative Assembly Election Code of Conduct, banners, leaflets and other images depicting portraits of any political persons or parties cannot be displayed on autorickshaws, taxis, buses and any other vehicles without prior permission and it is mandatory to clear the displayed banners/cutouts and other images within 24 hours. Regional Transport Officer S.N. Madhura said that in case of mistake, such vehicles will be booked as a case of violation of election code of conduct.
