Karnataka Election 2023: AAP released 2nd list of 60 candidates.

Speaking at the press conference, Prithvi Reddy said, “We had released the first list before all other parties. Later we also released the manifesto. Now we have released the second list of 60 candidates. This indicates that we are ahead of all other parties. Aam Aadmi Party is giving a chance to the masses.

Like the first list, the average age of the candidates in the second list is not more than 45. The two lists have a total of 14 farmers, 11 women, 18 lawyers, 6 doctors, 23 engineers and 4 IT professionals and five doctorates. These two lists include 29 postgraduates, 68 graduates and 6 MBA graduates,” he said.

“We are also giving tickets to the former BMTC conductor, which is a significant development in the political history of the state. Out of the 60 candidates of the second list, 59 candidates are contesting the election for the first time. In a survey conducted in the state, 46% of people are of the opinion that they want a new party instead of BJP, Congress and JDS.

We brought not only a new party but also new faces to politics and gave people a choice. In the Punjab elections, the then chief minister was defeated by a worker in a mobile shop. We are inspired by it and expect such magic to happen here too,” said Prithvi Reddy.

Aam Aadmi Party’s state communication in-charge Brijesh Kalappa, state vice-president Vijay Sharma and spokesperson Usha Mohan participated.
