Israel launches missile strikes on Iran capital Tehran; emergency declared amid fears of wider war

Tehran : In a dramatic escalation that threatens to destabilize the Middle East, Israel launched a series of missile strikes targeting Tehran, the capital of Iran, early Saturday morning. The attack triggered massive explosions across multiple locations in the city, intensifying fears of a full-scale war between the long-time regional adversaries.

According to initial reports, Israeli forces targeted strategic military and administrative installations, including facilities believed to be linked to Iran’s leadership.
