New Delhi : With the current financial year (2022-23) ending on March 31 and the new financial year (2023-24) starting from April 1, some important changes are about to come into effect. With the start of the new financial year, there will be exactly 15 days of bank holidays in April 2023 in India. The operations of most Indian banks are regulated by the Reserve Bank of India, and banking schedules and holidays are also regulated by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations. According to RBI, in the month of April 2023, there will be a total of 15 days of bank holidays including the second, fourth Saturday and Sunday.
