Karnataka SSLC Exam 2023 start from March 31: issued new guidelines

SSLC Exam 2023 will be held from 31-03-2023 to 15-04-2023, this time multiple choice questions are being given to facilitate the students. The question papers should be forwarded from the respective Taluk treasuries to the examination centres in the presence of the committee headed by B.E.O. Karnataka SSLC Exam 2023 start from March 31: issued new guidelines.

If there is an occasion to open the strong room of the treasury for other reasons, a committee of 3 members headed by BEO should give information and open the strong room in their presence. The department has instructed to take care not to damage the question papers in any way. SSLC Necessary police personnel should be appointed for examination centres. A curfew will be issued around the examination centre.

Except the students writing the exam and the staff assigned for the exam, no one else can enter the exam centre. Copying and other illegal activities should be curbed. All types of basic needs should be ensured in the examination centres. It is not allowed to carry any kind of phone, smart phone and electrical items in the examination centre.

Appropriate seating arrangements should be made for the students writing the examination in the examination rooms. Every room should have a clock. Students have to attend the exam hall in uniform, if they wear hijab, they will not be allowed to take the exam. Students have to go to the exam centres at least one hour before with the admit card and find the exam room.

Free travel on KSRTC-BMTC bus

Already KSRTC, BMTC had allowed second PUC students to travel in its transport bus free of cost on examination days. Now going forward, SSLC students have also been allowed to travel in KSRTC, BMTC buses for free on the exam. A circular has been issued by KSRTC in this regard and it has been decided to conduct SSLC Exam 2023 from 31-03-2023 to 15-04-2023.

On that day, the Board of School Examination and Evaluation has requested to give free opportunity to the SSLC students to go to the examination centre. In this background, in the interest of the SSLC students of the state, on the dates of the examination in the year 2022-23, SSLC examination admit card can be presented for free travel in city, suburban, regular and express buses of the corporation for travel from residence to examination centres and back to home.

KSRTC has instructed all the drivers and operators of the Corporation to allow free travel to the students during the examination period to the designated center and back to the residence with the Admit Card.

March 31- First Language,

April 3- Mathematics,

April 6- Second Language

April 10- Science,

April 12- Third language

April 15- Social science.
