A ten month old child from Vijayapura has earned global recognition after climbing twenty one steps in just thirty six seconds, impressing record officials and attracting widespread appreciation.

A remarkable achievement by a ten month old baby from Karnataka’s Vijayapura has captured widespread attention after he secured a place in the Noble Book of World Records. The child, Riyans Pattanashetti, earned the recognition by climbing 21 steps in just 36 seconds, an accomplishment that has surprised many considering his young age.

Riyans is the son of Sachin Pattanashetti and Sinchana, residents of Vijayapura city. According to the family, they first noticed their son’s unusual ability when he began confidently climbing the stairs inside their home much faster than expected for a child of his age. What initially appeared to be playful curiosity soon revealed itself as an extraordinary skill.

Encouraged by his natural confidence, his mother gradually introduced him to slightly higher steps measuring around one foot in height. Riyans successfully climbed them without hesitation, convincing his parents that his ability deserved wider recognition.

To document the achievement, the family recorded videos of Riyans climbing the stairs and submitted them along with the required documents to the Noble Book of World Records. After reviewing the footage and verifying the supporting evidence, the organisation officially recognised the feat and awarded the young child a certificate acknowledging his record.

The achievement has become a proud moment for the entire Pattanashetti family. His parents said they never imagined their son would receive international recognition at such a young age. They recalled that neighbours often admired how quickly he climbed stairs compared to other children, encouraging them to pursue the record attempt.

The family also expressed happiness after receiving appreciation from Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar, saying the recognition made the occasion even more memorable. They described it as an encouraging moment that added to their joy following the official confirmation of the record.

The story of Riyans has drawn praise from people across Vijayapura and on social media, with many celebrating the child’s unique talent. Supporters have wished him continued success and expressed hope that he will achieve many more milestones as he grows older.

Although still only ten months old, Riyans has already become an inspiring example of how exceptional abilities can emerge at a very early age. His achievement has brought pride to his family and hometown while reminding many that talent can appear in the most unexpected ways.
