Panchayat and Rural Development Recruitment 2021: Eligibility
For Block GIS Coordinator – The candidates must possess MTech/ME./MSc in Geographic information Science or Technology/Remote Sensing & GIS/Geo-Spatial Technology/Geo-Informatics/Geo-Spatial Science/Surveying and Geo¬informatics Or BE/BTech with PG Diploma in Geographic Information Science/Remote Sensing from recognised university/institute.
Or
MCA with PG Diploma in Geographic Information Science/Remote Sensing from recognized University/Institute.
Or
Post Graduate in Science/Agricultural Science with PG Diploma in Geographic Information Science/Remote sensing from recognised BTech in Civil Engineering/ Agriculture Engineering/ Diploma in Civil Engineering.
For Block NRM Expert – The candidates must possess BTech in Civil Engineering/Agriculture Engineering/Diploma in civil Engineering.
For Block Livelihood Expert – The candidates must possess Masters in Agricultural Economics/Horticulture/Agro¬forestry /Agronomy/Forestry.
MIS Officer Degree (Engg) -The candidates must possess a degree in Engineering MCA/BCA/PGDCA from any recognised university/institute with a minimum of 60 percent marks. Distance Education (Degree) approved by DEC/UGC/A1CTE is valid. Knowledge of Assamese, English and Hindi is necessary
For Computer Asst – The candidates must be Graduate in any discipline from any recognised university or institution with a minimum of 50 percent marks. Distance Education (Degree) approved by DEC/UGC/AICTE is valid. Basic computer and internet skills. Candidates well versed in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint etc. Knowledge of the local language is a must.
For Accounts Assistant – The candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from any recognised university. Distance Education (Degree) approved by DEC/UGC/AICTE is valid. Must possess a Diploma in Computer applications for a period of a minimum of six months. Knowledge in Accounts keeping with Tally latest version is also required.
For Gram Rozgar Sahayak – The candidates must be Graduate in any discipline from any recognised university or institution with a minimum of 50 percent marks. Distance Education (Degree) approved by DEC/UGC/AICTE is valid. Candidates well versed in Mobile applications. Knowledge of the local language is a must.
For Asst District Program Manager – The candidates must have a degree in Engineering (CSE/IT)/MCA/MSc (IT/CS) from any recognised university/institute with a minimum of 60 percent marks. Knowledge of Assamese, English and Hindi is necessary.
Block Program Manager – The candidate must possess a degree in Engineering (CSE/IT)/MCA/MSc(IT/CS)/ BCA from any recognised university/institute with a minimum of 60 percent marks. Distance Education (Degree) approved by DEC/UGC/AICTE is valid. Knowledge of Assamese, English and Hindi is necessary.
For Gram Panchayat Coordinator- The candidates must possess a Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent from any recognised university/institute with a minimum of 60 percent marks. Distance Education (Degree) approved by DEC/UGC/AICTE is valid. Must Possess Diploma in Computer application for a period of a minimum of six months. Knowledge of Assamese, English and Hindi is necessary.

The age limit for Asst District Program Manager is 30 to 40 years of age and for other posts is 20 to 40 years of age.
