Indian Postal Recruitment 2024: Indian Postal Department has given great news to the job seekers; Department of Posts (DOP) has issued a notification for the recruitment of 55,000 posts of postman and other categories. Those who completed 10th standard can apply job, salary up to Rs 81,000.

Indian Postal Recruitment 2024 posts details: 

The Department of Posts functions under the Ministry of Telecommunication. Currently there are a large number of vacancies across India. Vacancies in this department are being filled every year. More than 50,000 people are recruited annually across India state-wise. Thus, the recruitment details for 2024 have been released.

In the year 2024, recruitment will be conducted for a total of 5 sections in the Department of Posts. A total of 55,000 candidates will be selected in 5 categories namely Postal Assistant, Sorting Assistant, Postman, Mail Card and Multi-Tasking Staff. An official announcement is likely to be made this month.

Indian Postal Recruitment 2024 Salary: 

Rs 25,500 as the minimum pay for Postal Assistant and Sorting Assistant posts. Rs 81,100 for postman and mail guard, Rs 21,700 to Rs 69,100 for multi-tasking staff. Salary ranges from Rs 18,000 to Rs 56,900. The age limit for the posts of Postal Assistant, Sorting Assistant, Postman and Mail Guard is 18 to 27 years. 18 to 25 years of age should be within the multi-tasking staff age limit.

Indian Postal Recruitment 2024 qualification:

Age relaxation is 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, 10 to 15 years for disabled candidates. Candidates applying for the post of Postal Assistant and Sorting Assistant should have passed 12th standard for postman and mail guard and 10th standard for multi-tasking staff.
