Bank of India Recruitment 2025: The Bank of India (BOI) has officially released the recruitment notification for 514 Credit Officer positions under the General Banking Officer (GBO) stream for the 2025-26 project year.

The 514 vacancies are distributed across three management grades. Below is a breakdown of the roles and their respective pay scales:

Vacancies: 418  

Age Limit (as of 01.11.2025): 25 – 35 Years          

Approx. Pay Scale: Rs 64,820 – Rs 93,960

Post Name: Credit Officer – MMGS-III     

Vacancies: 60    

Age Limit (as of 01.11.2025): 28 – 38 Years          

Approx. Pay Scale: Rs 85,920 – Rs 1,05,280

Post Name: Credit Officer – SMGS-IV      

Vacancies: 36    

Age Limit (as of 01.11.2025): 30 – 40 Years          

Approx. Pay Scale: Rs1,02,300 – Rs 120,940

Bank of India Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Generally, requires a Graduation degree with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD). Preferred qualifications include CA, CFA, ICWA, or an MBA/PGDBM in Banking and Finance.

Experience: These are not entry-level roles.

MMGS-II: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience as an officer (with 2 years in credit).

MMGS-III: Minimum 5 years of experience (with 3 years in credit).

SMGS-IV: Minimum 8 years of experience (with 5 years in credit).

Selection Process:

The selection will be conducted in two main phases:

1. Online Examination: A 150-mark objective test covering English Language (qualifying), Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and Professional Knowledge.

2. Personal Interview: Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview in a ratio of 3:1 based on their exam performance.
