Good news for students: 7 days School Holidays in last week of December
From December 22 to 26, missionary schools will have a five-day Christmas holidays, while other schools will have a one-day holiday. December 25 Christmas Day falls on Monday. December 24 is Sunday. Schools and colleges are getting two consecutive days off.
School Holidays: This year can be said to be a holiday year for students of schools and colleges. Even in the last month of the year, there is no shortage of children’s school holidays. Because Christmas is here and students get plenty of vacation this month too, there are only a fortnight left for the year to end. There is an important festival called Christmas in the month of December.

The government has decided to give six consecutive days of holiday in January next year along with 26 major festivals like Republic Day, Sankranti etc. Next year there will be 27 common holidays and 25 optional holidays. Some public holidays declared by the government fall on Sundays. When it comes to optional holidays, there are 25 in total.
Some schools and colleges have a holiday on this day. The Telangana government has included it in the list of general festivals.
