Vivo is preparing to unveil its new flagship lineup in China on March 30, featuring the Vivo X300 Ultra, Vivo X300s, and Vivo Pad 6 Pro. Just ahead of the launch, key specifications of the Vivo X300s have been confirmed through a poster shared by the company’s product manager Han Boxiao, highlighting the device’s focus on performance, battery life, and photography.
The Vivo X300s is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, paired with Vivo’s in-house V3+ imaging chip to enhance camera performance. The device will feature a 6.78-inch flat display with Zeiss color tuning and a 144Hz refresh rate, promising smooth visuals for gaming, scrolling, and multimedia. Dual stereo speakers are also included to deliver an immersive audio experience.
One of the standout features of the X300s is its massive 7100mAh battery, larger than typical phones in its segment. To maintain stable performance during intensive use, the phone is likely to include a large-area VC liquid cooling system. Vivo has also teased an advanced signal amplification system, aiming to provide better connectivity across networks.
Photography remains a major highlight of the Vivo X300s. Leaks indicate a rear camera setup consisting of a 200MP primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with OIS. On the front, a 50MP camera is expected to handle selfies and video calls with clarity and precision.
Charging capabilities may include 90W wired and 40W wireless support, ensuring quick power-ups for the large battery. Additional features are expected to include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, USB Type-C Gen 3.2 port, and IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance. Color options may include light green, lavender, white, and dark grey, giving users a choice of stylish finishes.
With these specifications, the Vivo X300s aims to offer a premium experience with high-performance hardware, advanced photography, and robust battery life, positioning itself as a strong contender in the high-end smartphone market.
