According to IMD, due to the pressure of the cyclone, a warning of rain has been issued in all parts of the country till March 15. From March 10 to 15, weather is likely to spoil the joy of Holi in Jammu, Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. There is a possibility of rain with thunder and strong winds.
Apart from this, snowfall is also likely. Rain accompanied by thunder and lightning is likely in many parts of Punjab and Haryana. The IMD said that there is a possibility of rain in Punjab and Haryana on March 12 and 13 and in Rajasthan from March 13 to March 15.
Giving information, the IMD said that a cyclonic circulation is forming in Bangladesh, which may cause heavy rainfall in Bihar, West Bengal and the Northeast. Rain is also expected in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Nagaland. Heavy rain is also likely in Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya and Tripura from March 11 to 15.

Heavy snowfall is expected in Arunachal Pradesh from March 11 to 13. If the IMD is to be believed, rain is expected in the southern Indian states. Heavy rain warning has been issued in 4 southern districts of Tamil Nadu.
The state government had said a day ago that if the situation worsens due to rain, schools and colleges in the state may also be closed. Heavy rains are likely in Kerala and Mahe from March 11 to 13.
