iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max Still Available on Amazon
Apple has removed the iPhone 17 Pro models from its website following the iPhone 18 Pro launch, but Amazon continues listing them with selected offers for buyers.

Apple has moved its previous Pro generation out of its official online lineup after introducing the iPhone 18 Pro series globally. However, customers interested in the iPhone 17 Pro or iPhone 17 Pro Max do not necessarily have to give up on buying either model.
Both smartphones continue to be available through Amazon and other retail channels, according to the supplied listing details. This gives buyers an opportunity to consider the previous generation while the newer iPhone models take the spotlight.
The iPhone 17 Pro with 256GB storage is listed on Amazon at ₹1,32,900. Customers using an eligible PNB Bank credit card may receive a flat ₹2,000 discount, bringing the effective price to ₹1,30,900 if the offer applies at checkout.
The larger iPhone 17 Pro Max with 256GB storage is listed at ₹1,49,990. An eligible PNB Bank credit card offer can provide a ₹2,000 discount, potentially bringing the price down to ₹1,47,990.
The iPhone 17 Pro comes with a 6.3 inch Super Retina XDR OLED display. The screen has a resolution of 2622 by 1206 pixels and supports a 120Hz refresh rate. Its reported peak brightness reaches up to 3,000 nits.
The Pro Max takes a different approach with a larger 6.9 inch Super Retina XDR display. It has a resolution of 2868 by 1320 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 2,000 nits.
Both models are powered by Apple’s A19 Pro processor and run on iOS 26 according to the supplied specifications. This means buyers choosing the previous generation still get a high end processor and Apple’s current software platform mentioned in the listing.
Photography remains one of the major attractions of the two phones. The iPhone 17 Pro features a 48 megapixel Fusion main camera with an f/1.78 aperture, accompanied by a 48 megapixel Fusion ultra wide camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a 48 megapixel Fusion telephoto camera with an f/2.8 aperture.
The iPhone 17 Pro Max uses the same reported rear camera arrangement. It includes three 48 megapixel Fusion cameras covering the main, ultra wide and telephoto functions.
For selfies and video calls, both smartphones have an 18 megapixel front camera. The iPhone 17 Pro is listed with an f/1.9 aperture for its front camera, while the supplied specifications for the Pro Max mention an 18 megapixel front camera.
Connectivity is well covered on both models. Buyers get 5G support, WiFi 7, an eSIM option, Bluetooth 6 and a USB Type C port with USB 3.0 connectivity.
The iPhone 17 Pro also carries an IP68 rating for resistance against dust and water. This adds another layer of protection for everyday use, although an IP rating does not mean a phone is completely immune to water related damage.
The continued availability of the iPhone 17 Pro models is particularly interesting because Apple itself has already removed them from its website following the arrival of the newer Pro generation. This is common when Apple refreshes its flagship lineup, but remaining stock can continue to appear through retailers.
For buyers, the main attraction may be the price difference compared with newer models. The iPhone 17 Pro at ₹1,32,900 and the iPhone 17 Pro Max at ₹1,49,990 remain expensive smartphones, but eligible bank discounts can reduce the final purchase cost further.
Customers should check the exact seller, stock status, storage configuration and applicable bank terms before placing an order because online prices and promotional offers can change.
The iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max still offer a combination of Apple’s A19 Pro processor, high refresh rate displays, advanced camera hardware and modern connectivity. For shoppers who do not necessarily need the newest iPhone generation, these models could remain worth considering while available through retailers.
Apple’s removal of the phones from its own website does not therefore mean that the devices have immediately disappeared from the market. As long as retailers continue to hold stock, customers can still find the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max through selected sales channels.
