Realme C100x Set for India Launch With Massive 8000mAh Battery and 120Hz Display

Realme is preparing to launch the C100x in India with a large battery smooth display fast charging support and practical features aimed at users seeking long lasting everyday performance.

Realme is set to expand its smartphone portfolio in India with the launch of the Realme C100x this week. The upcoming handset is expected to target the mid range segment while focusing on one of its biggest selling points, an impressive 8000mAh battery designed to deliver extended usage on a single charge.

The company has confirmed through its Flipkart landing page that the Realme C100x will officially debut in India on July 16. The smartphone will be available in Golden Coast and Deepblue Tides color options, offering customers a choice between two distinctive finishes.

Battery life is expected to be the standout feature of the device. Realme claims the 8000mAh battery can provide more than 17 hours of navigation on a single charge. The large battery is paired with 45W fast charging support, allowing users to recharge the device more efficiently despite its high capacity.

The smartphone is also expected to feature a 6.8 inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, promising smoother scrolling, improved gaming responsiveness, and a better overall viewing experience. These specifications suggest the device is designed to deliver balanced performance for entertainment and daily use.

According to a leaked retail box image shared by Xpertpick, the maximum retail price of the Realme C100x in India could be Rs 29999. However, this figure may not represent the final selling price, as companies often launch devices at promotional prices that differ from the printed MRP.

The Realme C100x has already been introduced in Indonesia, providing a preview of what Indian buyers may receive. The global version is powered by the Unisoc T7250 processor paired with the Arm Mali G57 GPU. For photography, it features a 50 megapixel primary rear camera, while a 5 megapixel front camera handles selfies and video calls.

Security features are expected to include a side mounted fingerprint scanner, allowing users to unlock the device quickly and securely. Combined with the large battery and practical hardware, the phone is aimed at consumers who prioritize endurance and everyday reliability over flagship level specifications.

The upcoming launch follows the recent arrival of the Realme 16T 5G in India. That smartphone features a 6.8 inch LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1200 nits. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset and runs Android 16 based Realme UI 7.

The Realme 16T 5G also includes a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50 megapixel primary sensor and a 2 megapixel monochrome camera, along with a 16 megapixel front camera. Like the upcoming C100x, it packs an 8000mAh battery with 45W SuperVOOC fast charging and includes a side mounted fingerprint scanner for security.

With its combination of a high capacity battery, fast charging, large display, and practical specifications, the Realme C100x is expected to appeal to users looking for a smartphone that can comfortably last through extended workdays, travel, and entertainment without frequent charging. Official pricing and complete specifications will be confirmed when the smartphone launches in India.
