Oppo Enco Air 5 Appears on Amazon Ahead of Launch With Noise Cancellation Focus

Oppo has teased its upcoming Enco Air 5 earbuds on Amazon, revealing the design before launch and raising expectations for advanced audio features and competitive pricing in India.

Oppo appears to be preparing another addition to its growing audio portfolio in India. Ahead of an official announcement, the upcoming Oppo Enco Air 5 true wireless earbuds have surfaced on Amazon, offering consumers an early look at the design and confirming that the product is set to arrive in the country soon.

The Amazon teaser page has gone live with a promotional banner describing the device as the Oppo Enco Air 5 True Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds. While the listing stops short of revealing specifications, pricing or an exact launch date, the presence of a dedicated microsite strongly suggests that the launch is not far away.

The teaser image provides several clues about the design of the upcoming earbuds. Oppo appears to be sticking with a compact and modern look, featuring a rounded charging case with a small LED indicator positioned on the front. A glowing green light is visible in the promotional image, likely intended to indicate charging status, battery level or pairing information.

The earbuds themselves feature an in ear design with silicone ear tips, a style that generally helps improve comfort and passive noise isolation. The stem based structure visible in the teaser also suggests touch controls could be included, allowing users to manage calls, music playback and other functions without reaching for their smartphone.

Although Oppo has not disclosed hardware specifications, industry watchers expect the Enco Air 5 to continue the brand’s focus on noise cancellation and wireless convenience. The teaser specifically highlights noise cancelling capabilities, indicating that audio quality and environmental noise reduction could be among the key selling points of the new model.

Interestingly, the teaser arrives only weeks after Oppo introduced the Enco Air 5 Pro in India. That launch gave consumers a glimpse of the company’s latest audio technology and may offer some clues about what to expect from the standard Enco Air 5 model.

The Enco Air 5 Pro was launched at a price of Rs 4,999 and came equipped with 12.4mm dynamic drivers, dual DAC technology and active noise cancellation capable of reducing external sound by up to 55dB. The earbuds also support Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity, LHDC 5.0 audio codec and dual device pairing, features aimed at users who regularly switch between smartphones, tablets and laptops.

Battery performance has been another area of focus for Oppo’s premium earbuds. The company claims the Enco Air 5 Pro can deliver up to 54 hours of total music playback when used with its charging case. Additional features include IP55 dust and water resistance, making the earbuds suitable for workouts and outdoor use. The model also includes AI powered translation and interpretation functions, highlighting Oppo’s growing interest in integrating intelligent software tools into its audio products.

At this stage, it remains unclear how the upcoming Enco Air 5 will differ from the Pro variant. Oppo has not shared any official details regarding audio drivers, battery capacity, charging speed, noise cancellation levels or special software features. Color options have also not been revealed.

The teaser has nevertheless generated interest among consumers looking for a new pair of wireless earbuds. With competition intensifying in the affordable premium audio segment, brands are increasingly focusing on features such as active noise cancellation, extended battery life and improved call quality to stand out.

The launch also comes at a time when the Indian wireless audio market is seeing fresh activity from multiple manufacturers. Recently, Huawei expanded its portfolio with the launch of the FreeBuds 7i and FreeBuds SE 4 ANC. Both models offer advanced noise cancellation, enhanced calling features and long battery life, with the company claiming up to 50 hours of total playback on select models.

As consumers continue to prioritize wireless convenience and immersive audio experiences, the arrival of the Oppo Enco Air 5 is expected to add another strong contender to the category. Until the company reveals complete specifications, pricing and availability details, the Amazon teaser serves as the first official glimpse of what could be Oppo’s next popular audio product in India.
