This is the ‘Bima Sakhi Yojana ‘. Under this scheme, women are given a golden opportunity to earn a fixed monthly income of up to Rs 7,000 right from the comfort of their homes.
The main objective of this scheme is to provide employment opportunities to women by training them to become LIC agents. Selected women will receive free training on insurance products, insurance services, and financial literacy.
Women selected under this scheme will get the opportunity to work as LIC agents after completing their training. In addition, they will receive a monthly stipend for the first three years:
First Year: Rs 7,000 stipend every month.
Second Year: Rs 6,000 stipend every month.
Third Year: Rs 5,000 stipend every month.
Special Note: Apart from this monthly stipend, you can also earn an attractive commission on every LIC policy you sell. To continue receiving a stipend after three years, you will need to meet certain business targets set by LIC.
Eligibility Criteria:
To avail of the benefits of this scheme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Age Limit: Must be between 18 and 70 years old.
Educational Qualification: Must have passed at least the 10th standard (SSLC).
Conditions: Applicants must not have worked as an LIC agent in the past. Additionally, current LIC employees or the family members and relatives of existing agents are not eligible.
Examination: It is mandatory to pass the official examination conducted by the IRDAI before being appointed as an agent.

Selection Process:
LIC officials will verify the applications submitted. If you are found eligible, you will be notified via phone or email. You will then undergo training, and upon passing the IRDAI examination, you will be officially appointed as an LIC agent.
