Vivo Y31s 5G Launch Brings Massive 6500mAh Battery and 50MP Camera Power

Vivo has expanded its smartphone lineup with the launch of the Vivo Y31s 5G, a device designed to balance performance, battery life, and camera capabilities for modern users. The phone arrives with a large 6500mAh BlueVolt battery that supports 44W FlashCharge technology, making it suitable for heavy daily use without frequent charging concerns.

Powering the device is the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor, paired with Vivo’s OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. The smartphone features a 6.74 inch Full HD display with a peak brightness of 1050 nits, which the company describes as optimized for better outdoor visibility. Despite its large battery, the phone maintains a manageable weight of around 209 grams.

On the photography front, the Vivo Y31s 5G offers a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50 megapixel primary sensor and a 2 megapixel secondary lens. For selfies and video calls, users get a 32 megapixel front camera designed to deliver clear and detailed shots in different lighting conditions. The device also includes features such as call recording and audio recording support, adding practical value for everyday usage.

Connectivity options include 5G support, NFC, and a USB Type C port, making the phone compatible with modern digital needs. The device is offered in purple and black color variants, targeting users who prefer a simple yet stylish design.

In terms of pricing, the Vivo Y31s 5G has been launched in Malaysia with a single configuration of 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, priced at RM 1,499, which is roughly around 35,200 rupees. Sales are currently being handled through Vivo’s official website and authorized retail partners in the region.

Meanwhile, Vivo is also expected to expand its portfolio further with upcoming models like the Vivo Y500, which was previously introduced in China and is rumored to feature an even larger 8200mAh battery.
