POCO has expanded its tablet lineup with the launch of the POCO Pad C1 in the Chinese market. The device focuses on balancing everyday performance and portability, making it suitable for entertainment, study, and light productivity tasks. With a large battery, smooth display and AI powered features, the tablet aims to attract budget conscious users looking for a reliable Android experience.
Starting with pricing, the POCO Pad C1 is available in two storage options under early bird offers. The 4GB RAM with 64GB storage variant is priced at around 139 US dollars, which is roughly 13355 rupees. The higher 6GB RAM with 128GB storage model comes at 179 US dollars, approximately 17200 rupees. The tablet is offered in two color choices, Grey and Blue.
The display is one of the key highlights of this device. It features a 9.7 inch 2K LCD panel with a resolution of 2048 by 1280 pixels. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate along with a 180Hz touch sampling rate, offering smoother scrolling and better responsiveness. Peak brightness goes up to 600 nits, making it usable in different lighting conditions.
Performance on the POCO Pad C1 is handled by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s 4G chipset paired with the Adreno 610 GPU. The device comes with up to 6GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage, which can be expanded up to 2TB using a microSD card. It runs on HyperOS 3 based on Android and also includes Google Gemini integration for smart assistance, text generation and productivity support.
Battery life is another strong aspect of the tablet. It packs a 7600mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging, aiming to deliver extended usage for streaming, browsing and daily work tasks without frequent charging interruptions.
