HP expands its premium laptop lineup in India with OmniBook Ultra, OmniBook X and OmniBook 5 2026 models featuring AI performance, OLED displays, fast charging, and next generation Intel and Snapdragon processors for modern users

HP has officially launched its new HP OmniBook Ultra 2026 series in India, along with the OmniBook X 2026 and OmniBook 5 2026 laptops. The new lineup brings a fresh design approach, improved AI powered performance, and multiple processor options aimed at professionals, creators, and everyday users who want high performance machines with modern features.
The launch includes multiple colour options and configurations across the series. The HP OmniBook Ultra 14 2026 stands as the flagship model and is available with either Intel Ultra processors or Qualcomm Snapdragon X series processors. Meanwhile, both OmniBook X 2026 and OmniBook 5 2026 come equipped with Intel Ultra processors. All three models are designed to deliver up to 80 TOPS AI performance support, highlighting HPās focus on artificial intelligence driven computing.
Pricing varies across the lineup based on configurations. The HP OmniBook Ultra 14 2026 with Snapdragon processor is priced at 1,89,999 rupees and is available in Stone Blue colour through HP online store. The Intel Ultra variant is priced at 2,14,999 rupees and comes in Eclipse Grey and Silk Sand options via both online and offline HP World stores. The OmniBook X 2026 starts at 1,69,999 rupees and is offered in Atmospheric Blue, while the OmniBook 5 2026 starts at 1,24,999 rupees and is available in Meteor Silver and Sahara Silver.
The HP OmniBook Ultra 14 2026 is powered by Intel Core Ultra 7 356H processor with 16 cores. HP claims it can deliver up to 50 TOPS AI performance. The laptop runs on Windows 11 and supports up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM along with up to 1TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage. To handle heat efficiently, it includes a vapor chamber cooling system with a dual fan setup designed for sustained performance during heavy workloads.
A major highlight of the Ultra model is its 14 inch 3K OLED touchscreen display. It offers up to 500 nits brightness, variable refresh rate between 30Hz and 120Hz, and an impressive 91 percent screen to body ratio. This makes it suitable for both productivity and entertainment use with sharp visuals and smooth responsiveness.
Battery life has also been a key focus in the new series. The OmniBook Ultra 14 2026 packs a 70Wh battery with support for 65W fast charging. HP claims it can deliver up to 22.75 hours of usage and can charge up to 50 percent in around 45 minutes. It also includes advanced features like a Copilot key, lattice less keyboard design, and a precision touchpad system. For video calls, the device is equipped with a 5MP IR webcam, along with Wi Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6 connectivity.
The HP OmniBook 5 2026 is designed as a more balanced option for everyday users. It features a 14 inch 2K OLED display with 1920 by 1200 resolution, 300 nits brightness, and 91 percent screen to body ratio. It runs on Intel Core Ultra 7 355 processor and delivers up to 49 TOPS NPU performance. The laptop supports 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage, offering smooth multitasking and storage capacity for most users.
Battery efficiency is another strong point of the OmniBook 5 2026. It comes with a 59Wh battery that supports 65W fast charging and can last up to 21.5 hours on a single charge. It can also reach 50 percent charge in about 30 minutes. Connectivity options include two Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB Type A ports and an HDMI port, making it suitable for professional and personal use.
With this new OmniBook lineup, HP is clearly focusing on blending AI capabilities with premium design and long battery life. The combination of Intel and Snapdragon processor options, OLED displays, and fast charging support positions the 2026 series as a strong contender in the premium laptop segment in India.
