Honor Play 11 Plus Debuts With Massive 7000mAh Battery and Slim Design
Honor Play 11 Plus launches in China with large battery AMOLED display and AI features offering balanced performance modern design and long usage for everyday smartphone users

Honor has introduced a new addition to its mid range lineup with the launch of the Honor Play 11 Plus in China. The device is drawing attention for combining a slim profile with a significantly large battery, a feature that is increasingly in demand among users looking for longer usage without frequent charging.
One of the standout features of the smartphone is its 7000 mAh battery, which supports both fast wired charging and reverse charging. This allows users not only to power their phone quickly but also to use it as a backup power source for other devices. Despite the large battery, the phone maintains a relatively slim design, measuring just over seven millimeters in thickness and weighing around 185 grams.
The smartphone comes equipped with a 6.6 inch AMOLED display offering high resolution and strong brightness levels. With support for advanced color reproduction and high frequency dimming, the screen is designed to deliver a comfortable viewing experience across different lighting conditions. This makes it suitable for streaming, gaming, and daily usage.
Under the hood, the device runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 6500 Elite processor, paired with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. It operates on MagicOS 10 based on Android 16, bringing updated software features along with AI driven enhancements aimed at improving overall usability and system efficiency.
In terms of camera capabilities, the phone features a 50 megapixel primary rear sensor with support for digital zoom, while the front houses an 8 megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. The device supports full HD video recording, catering to users who regularly create content or engage in video communication.
Connectivity options include 5G, Bluetooth, and NFC, ensuring compatibility with modern networks and services. Security is handled through an in display fingerprint sensor, adding convenience along with protection.
The Honor Play 11 Plus has been launched in Sunrise Gold and Lanyue Silver color options, with its base variant priced at approximately CNY 2199 in the Chinese market. Early reports suggest that it could be a rebranded version of another recently introduced model, though the company has not officially confirmed this.
Alongside this launch, Honor has also been expanding its premium portfolio with devices like the Honor Magic V6, highlighting the brand’s broader strategy to cater to both mainstream and high end segments.
With its combination of large battery capacity, modern display, and practical features, the Honor Play 11 Plus appears positioned to attract users who prioritize endurance and everyday reliability in their smartphones.
