Vivo S50t 5G Launched With Powerful 50MP Triple Camera and 6500mAh Battery

New Vivo smartphone arrives with Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor AMOLED display 90W fast charging and advanced camera setup targeting users who want performance and long lasting battery life

The smartphone market has received a fresh addition as Vivo quietly introduced its new device, the Vivo S50t 5G. The launch happened without much fanfare, but the specifications suggest a strong focus on performance, battery life, and photography.

At the heart of the device lies the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, paired with Android 16 and Vivo’s custom interface. This combination positions the phone in the upper mid premium category, offering smooth performance for gaming, multitasking, and daily use.

One of the standout features of the device is its massive 6500mAh battery. Supporting it is 90W fast wired charging, which is designed to quickly power up the phone and reduce downtime. The large battery makes it suitable for users who rely heavily on their smartphones throughout the day.

The display also plays a key role in the overall experience. The Vivo S50t 5G features a 6.59 inch AMOLED panel with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It also supports HDR visuals and P3 color gamut, offering richer and more vibrant colors for media consumption.

Vivo has also focused on eye comfort by including features like low blue light filtering and high frequency PWM dimming. These additions aim to reduce strain during long usage sessions, especially for users who spend extended hours on their screens.

Photography is another major highlight of the device. On the rear, the phone carries a triple camera setup led by a 50 megapixel main sensor. It is accompanied by an 8 megapixel ultra wide lens and a 50 megapixel periscope telephoto camera powered by a Sony sensor, designed for improved zoom photography. On the front, a 50 megapixel selfie camera ensures high quality portraits and video calls.

The phone also includes several modern connectivity and security features. An ultrasonic fingerprint scanner provides fast unlocking, while support for WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and IR blaster adds to its overall usability. Storage technology is based on UFS 3.1 for faster data access and smoother app performance.

In terms of pricing, the device has been introduced in the Chinese market with multiple variants. The base model with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage is priced at around 48,500 rupees, while the higher variant with 16GB RAM carries a slightly higher price tag. The phone is available through official channels in China.

With a combination of strong hardware, large battery capacity, and advanced camera system, the Vivo S50t 5G appears to target users who want a balanced smartphone experience without compromising on performance or photography.
