Reliance Jio tied up with US-based company: Bumper offer to 200 million subscribers

Mukesh Ambani-owned Reliance Jio Infocomm, the top telecom operator in India, has tied up with US-based company Plume to deliver AI-enhanced in-house services to around 200 million subscribers across India.

Mukesh Ambani-owned Reliance Jio Infocomm, India’s top telecom operator, has tied up with US-based company Plume to deliver AI-enhanced in-house services to around 200 million subscribers across India. Reliance Jio plans to use Plume’s cloud platform to achieve its goal.

With this new partnership, Jio will enable ‘HomePass’ and ‘WorkPass’ customer services from an AI-powered and cloud-based platform. This includes whole-home adaptive WiFi, connected device and app performance optimization, cyberthreat protection for connected devices, advanced parental controls, WiFi motion sensing and more. Reliance Jio has informed about this in its announcement.

As part of the agreement between the two companies, Plume has agreed to provide Jio’s support and operations teams with access to its ‘Haystack’ support and operations suite. Plume’s suite is more advanced. It helps identify and resolve performance issues in a quick time. Reliance Jio President Mathew Oommen said the company’s decision to partner with Plume will help Reliance Jio’s JioFiber and Jio AirFiber networks.

Our ability to offer a tailored and highly scalable cloud-based solution to meet the needs of the Indian market will enable Jio to rapidly expand its services offering,” said Adrian Fitzgerald, Chief Revenue Officer, Plume.

According to the statement, nine awards received. Best Mobile Network, Fastest Mobile Network, Best Mobile Coverage, Top Rated Mobile Network, Best Mobile Video Experience, Best Mobile Gaming Experience, Fastest 5G Mobile Network, Best 5G Mobile Video Experience, and Best 5G Mobile Gaming.
