Realme P4s 5G Launched With 8000mAh Battery And 50MP OIS Camera

Realme has expanded its P Series in India with the launch of the Realme P4s 5G. The new smartphone focuses heavily on battery life and performance, while also bringing a high refresh rate OLED panel and a camera with optical image stabilisation.

The phone is scheduled to go on sale in India from September 3, 2026. It will be available through Flipkart and other online sales channels. Customers can also get launch benefits such as bank discounts, exchange offers and no cost EMI, depending on the applicable terms.

The Realme P4s 5G has been introduced in three configurations. The 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version is priced at Rs 34,999. The 8GB RAM with 256GB storage variant costs Rs 37,999, while the top model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at Rs 41,999.

The smartphone will be available in Titanium Grey and Electric Cyan. Realme is also offering an instant bank discount of up to Rs 3,000 as part of the launch promotion. This could bring down the effective purchase price for eligible buyers.

One of the biggest talking points is the 8000mAh battery. For a smartphone aimed at performance focused users, the large capacity could be particularly useful for gaming, video streaming and extended daily use. The battery supports 80W fast charging, and Realme claims it can reach around 50 percent charge in approximately 28 minutes.

Display quality is another major focus. The Realme P4s 5G features a 6.77 inch Samsung M14 OLED screen with a 1272 by 2772 pixel resolution. The panel supports a 144Hz refresh rate, which should make scrolling feel smoother and can also benefit supported games.

Under the hood, the phone runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra chipset. Realme has paired the processor with its HyperVision Plus AI chip, with the overall setup aimed at gaming and graphics intensive tasks.

The company has also included an AI Gaming Partner feature. To manage heat during demanding workloads, the smartphone uses a 7000 square millimetre VC cooling system. The cooling hardware is designed to spread heat away from the core components when the phone is under sustained load.

Photography is handled by a dual rear camera setup. The main sensor is a 50MP unit with an f/1.8 aperture and OIS support. Optical image stabilisation can help reduce the effect of hand movement while taking photographs or recording videos. An 8MP ultra wide camera sits alongside it, while the front camera uses a 16MP sensor for selfies and video calls.

Durability has also received attention. The Realme P4s 5G carries IP66, IP68 and IP69 ratings, providing different levels of protection against dust and water exposure. This should offer some reassurance during everyday situations such as accidental splashes or use in rainy conditions, although the ratings do not mean the phone is completely risk free around water.

On the software side, the smartphone runs Android 15 with Realme UI 6.0. Connectivity options include dual 5G, WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4.

With its combination of an 8000mAh battery, 80W charging, 144Hz OLED display, Dimensity 7400 Ultra processor and 50MP OIS camera, the Realme P4s 5G is clearly aimed at users who want more than basic everyday performance.

The pricing places the phone in a segment where buyers are likely to compare performance, display quality, camera capabilities and battery endurance before making a decision. Realme appears to be betting that its large battery and gaming focused hardware will help the P4s 5G stand out when sales begin in September.
