In a fresh push toward monetizing user experience, Meta has started testing a new premium offering on Instagram called Instagram Plus. The feature is currently being rolled out in select international markets, giving early users access to tools that go beyond the standard free experience.
At the center of this subscription model is a set of enhanced Story features. One of the most talked about additions allows users to view someone’s Story without appearing in the viewer list. This change could significantly alter how people interact on the platform, especially for those who prefer to browse content more privately.
The subscription also introduces deeper engagement insights. Users will be able to see how many times their Stories have been rewatched, offering a clearer picture of content performance.
