Krafted Edge Launches Laptop Style Power Bank With 20000mAh Battery
Krafted Edge has introduced a unique laptop inspired power bank featuring a massive battery removable cells and fast charging support designed especially for modern laptop and gadget users.
Power banks are usually small rectangular gadgets that people carry for charging smartphones on the move. However, Krafted has taken a completely different approach with its newly launched Krafted Edge Power Bank. The device has been designed to look almost identical to a slim closed laptop, making it one of the most unusual portable charging products introduced recently.
The new Krafted Edge is specially aimed at laptop users who often struggle with battery anxiety while travelling or working remotely. Instead of focusing only on smartphones and small gadgets, the company has created a portable charging solution that can handle larger devices like notebooks and premium laptops with ease.
One of the biggest talking points about the Krafted Edge is its design. Built with an aluminium body, the power bank carries the appearance of a compact laptop. The company says its slim form factor allows users to place it easily beneath a laptop or slide it inside a laptop bag without taking extra space. Its dimensions are 27 x 19 x 1.28 centimeters, making it even more compact than some lightweight notebooks available in the market today.
Inside the device, Krafted has packed four 5000mAh battery units, combining to deliver a total 20000mAh battery capacity. The power bank can provide up to 72Wh of power output. According to the company, it is capable of charging a MacBook Neo nearly twice on a single charge. It can also fully recharge a MacBook Pro once, which makes it useful for professionals, students and creators who spend long hours away from charging points.
Another major feature that separates the Krafted Edge from traditional power banks is its replaceable battery system. Unlike many portable chargers that become useless after battery degradation, this model allows users to replace the battery when needed. This could help extend the lifespan of the product significantly and may appeal to users looking for long term value.
The device also supports fast charging for laptops and other gadgets. It comes equipped with two USB Type C ports capable of delivering up to 65W charging speed. This means users can charge compatible laptops, tablets and smartphones much faster compared to regular power banks. Alongside the USB C ports, the device also includes a USB A port with 18W output for charging additional accessories.
Krafted says the power bank itself can be fully recharged within around two hours when connected to a 45W charger. This quick recharge capability could make it practical for daily use, especially for people constantly on the move.
At present, the Krafted Edge Power Bank is being offered through Kickstarter as part of a crowdfunding campaign. Interested buyers can pre order the device through the company’s official platform. The early bird price has been set at 139 dollars, which is roughly around Rs 13,300 in Indian currency.
The company plans to begin deliveries from July this year. With its unusual laptop inspired design, high capacity battery and focus on laptop charging, the Krafted Edge could attract attention from users searching for something more practical than a traditional pocket sized power bank.
