Shakti Scheme: Free bus travel will cancel if not do this

In the manifesto of the last Karnataka Assembly Elections 2023, the Congress party said that it will implement five guarantee schemes in the state. Accordingly, the Congress party has gained power in the state by getting the highest number of votes.
The Congress government has implemented five guarantee schemes one by one within a few months of coming to power. Among the five guarantee schemes, one Yuva Nidhi scheme is pending to be implemented. But now a big announcement has been made about the first of the five guarantee schemes.
Chief Minister Siddaramaiah launched the Shakti Yojana in the state on June 11 and announced free bus travel for women. Women of the state have benefited from the scheme by traveling free of cost to all parts of the state since the day of its launch.
In order to avail the benefits of Shakti Scheme, the Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah government has envisioned the benefit of free bus travel by using identity card like Aadhaar card without paying any fee. Schemes have been implemented to improve the economic condition of women in the state and have received good response from the people.
Currently, the government has taken an important decision regarding this project. According to this decision of the government, it is said that until now, women were giving Aadhaar card while traveling in the bus, now it is not necessary to give Aadhaar card.
Now some changes have been made in the state government Shakti Yojana. It has been announced that women traveling on free buses in the state should get a Shakti smart card. The government has given a lot of thought to issue smart cards under this scheme. But to get this smart card the female beneficiary has to pay a small fee.

Rs 14.16 need to pay for Shakti smart card. Applications for this will be released by the government soon. For its registration, women can get Shakti Smart Card by visiting nearby Karnataka One, Bapuji Center, Bangalore One centers.
