President visit to Mangaluru: District administration made much efforts to arrange Hindi Newspaper

Mangaluru: President Ramanatha Kovind, who is on a tour of Karnataka, has arrived in Mangaluru for a two-day visit. There is no program arranged in Mangaluru as of now. President Ramanatha Kovinda’s wife Savita Kovinda and daughter Swati Kovinda have arrived with him to visit Sringeri.

With the backdrop of the President’s visit, the District has taken all necessary steps. Humps on the way to the Circuit House from the airport have already been cleared. In the meantime, the district administration had to take much pressure to provide Hindi newspaper. As per the protocol, 25 copies of all newspapers should be provided to the President and his accompanying officials. It also includes the Hindi newspaper.

But there is no Hindi newspaper in Mangaluru. Before the lockdown, 75 copies of the Hindi dainika were coming. After lockdown, it has stopped. The agents of Hubli, Bengaluru and Hyderabad have been contacted so that the paper will be delivered tomorrow morning.
