Udupi: Heavy rain in some part of coastal Karnataka from last two days, two people have been serious injured in lightning strikes in Udupi. They are in serious condition.
It is said that lightning struck them when they were walking by the side of an open field. The incident took place at Parika near Parkala Udupi district. Both the injured have been admitted into a private hospital in Manipal.
