Karnataka Heavy Rainfall Alert: Yellow Alert Issued in 6 Districts

India Meteorological department has announced yellow alert for six districts today. A yellow alert has been declared for Hassan, Chamarajanagar, Kodagu, Ramanagara, Bengaluru Rural and Bengaluru Urban districts in southern hinterland.

Coastal Karnataka Udupi, Uttara Kannada and Dakshina Kannada districts are likely to receive continuous rain for the next four days. Rainfall has decreased in most of the northern interior districts. Dharwad, Gadag, Koppal, Haveri are expected to receive light rain.
