Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah wife admitted to hospital

Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah wife Parvathi Siddaramaiah has been hospitalised here and her condition is stable, the private hospital where she has been admitted said in a bulletin on Wednesday.

Currently, CM wife Parvathi is being treated for fever in a private hospital in Bengaluru, and in this background, CM Siddaramaiah has changed the schedule of his visit to New Delhi. Parvathi, wife of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah does not often appear in meetings and public functions with husband.

Siddaramaiah has assumed office as the Chief Minister of Karnataka for the second time. Siddaramaiah’s wife did not even attend the swearing-in ceremony as the Chief Minister of the state. Even though his family came, his wife did not come.

The hospital bulletin stated: ”Hon’ble CM’s wife Parvathi Siddaramaiah was admitted last night. She is stable and on oxygen. Currently in MICU. Will be moved to ward today. CM is expected to visit at 11 am.”

Without disclosing the ailment she is suffering from, the hospital said the Chief Minister’s family has asked the hospital ”to respect their privacy.” ”More bulletin to be released post consent only,” the bulletin said.
