Team India former captain Virat Kohli take break from cricket

After the tour of West Indies, the former captain of Team India, Virat Kohli, has taken a break from cricket for two weeks. Along with Virat Kohli, captain Rohit Sharma also got a two-week break from cricket. Team India former captain Virat Kohli take breaks from cricket.

Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma played in Test and ODI series against West Indies. But both have been dropped from the team playing in the 5-match T20 series. Virat Kohli scored a magnificent century in the 2nd match of the Test series against West Indies.

But Virat Kohli did not get a chance to bat in the first match of the ODI series. Virat Kohli was rested for the second and third ODIs. Now Rohit and Kohli have returned to India from West Indies and have rested for 2 weeks. After rest, both will arrive at the National Cricket Academy in Bangalore.

Team India’s preparatory camp for the Asia Cup tournament will begin on August 24 at the National Cricket Academy. The Asia Cup 2023 will be held from August 31 to September 17 in Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The 3-match ODI series against Australia will be held from September 22 to 27.

The high-voltage match between India and Pakistan in the Asia Cup tournament will be held on September 2 in Kandy, Sri Lanka. Teams from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Nepal will participate in the Asia Cup tournament.

August 30: Pakistan Vs Nepal (10 am, Multan)

August 31: Sri Lanka Vs Bangladesh (9.30 am, Pallekele)

September 2: India Vs Pakistan (9.30 am, Pallekele)

September 3: Afghanistan vs Bangladesh (9.30 am, Lahore)

September 4: India Vs Nepal (9.30 am, Pallekele)

September 5: Afghanistan Vs Sri Lanka (9.30 am, Lahore).
