Actor Vijay Raghavendra wife Spandana has left the world. He died of a heart attack while on a trip in Thailand. According to sources, the post-mortem examination of Spandana’s dead body has already been completed in Thailand.

Actor Vijay Raghavendra wife Spandana was admitted to King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital in Bangkok when she suffered a heart attack. Therefore, the post mortem examination was done there and Spandana’s dead body will be handed over today (August 08) afternoon after customs clearance.

It is learned that Spandana’s body will be sent from Thailand at 7 pm and will arrive at Bangalore’s Kempegowda International Airport at 1 am.

Since Spandana died abroad, there are many procedures to bring the dead body to India. Here’s a breakdown of what that process looks like.

If a foreign national dies in Bangkok, there are several procedures to be followed. Only after complying with this, the dead body is allowed to be taken away. After the death of the person, the post mortem will be done first. The local police will take the post mortem report. They know the cause of death. After it is known that it is natural, the dead body will be handed over to the family members.

Family should get death certificate, police report along with medical report. Copy of deceased’s passport and visa must be accompanied. It should be given to the Indian Embassy in Thailand. Then customs clearance should be obtained for shipment of dead body. Then these reports should be submitted at the airport. Only after that, the dead body can be handed over to India from the Thailand airport.

Spandana’s dead body will be sent to India by tonight (August 8). Spandana’s cremation will be held tomorrow (August 9) afternoon at Harishchandra Ghat.
