Rajasthan Royals former player S Sreesanth new movie poster released before IPL 2022

S Sreesanth, popular in the cricketing world, is now active in the world of colour. He has a passion for acting. He has acted in several commercials before and is now painting movies. Sreesanth will be playing the role of Mohammed Mobi in Kaathu Vaakula Ren. Rajasthan Royals RR former player S Sreesanth new movie poster released before IPL 2022.

Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi and Samantha’s upcoming film Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal under Vignesh Shivan’s direction is one of the most anticipated movies. The latest addition to the movie is cricketer Sreesanth as the makers took to Twitter and shared a poster to introduce his character and wish him a happy birthday.

Sreesanth will be playing the role of Mohammed Mobi in Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal. He can be seen looking dashing in a suit in the poster. A few days ago, Vignesh Shivan shared a new poster of the leading actor and announced that the teaser will be out on February 11. The romantic entertainer will release in theatres in April, and official days are yet to be announced.

IPL mega Auction will be held on February 12 and 13. S Sreesanth’s starting price in the IPL 2022 mega auction is 50 lakhs. Sreesanth previously played in the IPL for the Rajasthan Royals in 2013. He played 44 matches in the short span of his IPL career and took 40 wickets.

In 2021 season the 38-year-old registered himself in the auction at a base price of INR 75 lakhs, but he couldn’t attract any of the franchises. Sreesanth played with the Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League. In the inaugural edition of the IPL in 2008, Sreesanth became the second leading wicket taker in the tournament after Sohail Tanveer, claiming 18 wickets.

Sreesanth appeared only in the second half of the 2009 edition of the IPL. He could not play the initial matches of the season owing to a stress fracture. He left Kings XI Punjab after the 2010 Indian Premier League and signed for Kochi for the 2011 competition. He signed for Rajasthan royals for the 2012 competition. But he didn’t play in 2012 due to injuries. With his spot-fixing controversy coming into light during the 2013 IPL competition, Rajasthan Royals terminated his contract.
