ICC ODI Ranking Announced: Team India 5 player in top 10 list
ICC has published the new ranking list of ODI batsmen. Pakistan team captain Babar Azam has retained the top position in the new ranking list as well. But on the other hand, Team India's young opener Shubman Gill has achieved the greatest feat of his career.
International Cricket Council announced ODI raking list announced in middle of Asia Cup 2023. It is special that five Indian players have appeared in the top ten in the new ODI rankings. This means that three players are in the list of top-10 batsmen, while two Indian players are in the list of top 10 bowlers.
ICC has published the new ranking list of ODI batsmen. Pakistan team captain Babar Azam has retained the top position in the new ranking list as well. But on the other hand, Team India’s young opener Shubman Gill has achieved the greatest feat of his career.
Gill, who scored half-centuries against Nepal and Pakistan in the Asia Cup, has now jumped from the 3rd position to the 2nd position in the ODI rankings. Also, Virat Kohli, who appeared at the last position in the top-10 last time, has climbed two places this time. Also, Rohit Sharma has also succeeded in getting a place in the top ten.

Two bowlers from Team India have been placed in the new top-10 ranking list of ICC bowlers. In this list, Australia pacer Josh Hazlewood is at the top, while Team India spinner Kuldeep Yadav is at the 7th position.
Kuldeep Yadav, who took 5 wickets in the match against Pakistan, took 4 wickets against Sri Lanka. The left-arm spinner managed to make it to the top-10 with this brilliant performance. Meanwhile, Team India pacer Mohammad Siraj get place in top 10.
