Australia’s aggressive opening batsman David Warner enjoys a massive fan following in India owing to his craze for the Indian songs and culture along with his terrific batting.
During the lockdown, Warner developed a taste for the songs from the Hindi and South film industry and uploaded a variety of videos on his social media handles where he could be seen shaking his leg on the Indian hit numbers.
Though he likes a lot of Indian songs, his love for Telugu superhit number Butta Bomma is something different. He was seen imitating the signature step of Butta Bomma in many videos that went viral on social media.
Warner again displayed his love for that particular song during the first ODI against India at the Sydney Cricket Ground as he could be seen dancing to Butta Bomma while fielding on the boundary.
As the fans were allowed on the ground, someone from the crowd captured the opening batsman in his camera dancing to Butta Bomma during the live match. The video of the same instantly started trending on various social networking sites.
