In the title round match, Mohammed Siraj took five wickets in just 16 balls, thereby achieving this feat for the first time in ODI cricket.

Pathum Nissanka, Sadeera Samarawickrama, Charith Asalanka, Dhananjay de Silva and Dasun Shanaka were shown the pavilion path by Siraj. Siraj created history by taking four wickets in a single over against Sri Lanka. He is the first Indian bowler to take four wickets in one over in ODI cricket and the second bowler in the world.

Mohammed Siraj is the most reliable fast bowler of the Indian cricket team and also the number 1 bowler in the ODI format. Born on 13 March 1994 in a Muslim family in the city of Hyderabad, Mohammad Siraj was interested in cricket from childhood. Siraj, who was distinguished in the whole world for his hard work, was not as privileged as he claimed to be in real life.

Mohammed Siraj’s father’s name is Mohammed Ghaus and mother’s name is Shabnam Begum. Siraj’s father worked as an auto rickshaw driver and his mother worked as a domestic helper with her grandmother. Now Siraj’s elder brother Mohammed Ismail knew about Siraj’s talent. Mohammed Ismail fully supported his brother Mohammed Siraj to play cricket.
