Former Minister Vinay Kulkarni, who is out on bail of Dharwad Zilla Panchayat member Yogesh Gowda’s murder case, has asked KPCC president D.K. Shivakumar, former CM Siddaramaiah and Congress leaders had insisted.
Vinay Kulkarni went to Delhi today to discuss the same issue with the High Command. Now, in the Congress Screening Committee meeting, Vinay Kulkarni has been approved to contest against CM Basavaraj Bommai.
