State Bank of India (SBI) has officially announced the extension of its home loan concessions. SBI provides deduction up to 65 basis points. This discount is based on CIBIL score 300 to 900, Home Loans, Personal Loans or credit card transactions based on past transactions. The higher the score, the more favorable the SBI discount. Those seeking resale, ready-to-move options for home loans can avail a discount of an additional 20 basis points if the CIBIL score is 700 or above.

An additional 5 bps discount will be given to those who have contracted with builders. There is an attractive interest rate for certain loans like Shaurya, Shaurya Flexi and Shaurya Flexi Unique product. Also, an additional 10 bps discount can be availed.

The interest concession already available to women borrowers emphasizes the card rates. Those with CIBIL scores above 750 can avail a discount of 5 bps on SBI Card. No more bank processing fees for car loans. This offer will be valid till 31st January 2024.

The one-year MCLR rate for car loans with SBI is 8.55 percent. The car loan interest rates offered by SBI range from 8.80 to 9.70 percent. Keep in mind that the interest rate may increase if the loan tenure exceeds five years.
